I replaced their fully manual process - Google Forms for scoring/participant submissions, daily manual game creation with PowerPoint etc - with an automated platform in 2 months, saving hosts 80+ hours per week across the 30 locations onboarded so far, out of 50+ target venues. Continued iterating for 7 months post-launch based on direct host and participant feedback, shipping features like live leaderboards, AI grading, multiple question types and late score submission/game joining along the way.
